WABA template management via API

WABA templates are currently not accessible via API. If a customer of ours wants to use WABA functionality via WhatsApp, he must first manually provision templates via the seven.io console. If we could instead allow programatic access to the template endpoints, we could fully integrate seven.io into our platform. This has several benefits, depending of feature completeness in the public API: Offer the user a dropdown of templates to chose from instead of a string input field Automatically create WABA templates for the customer, maybe from a list of presets provided on our end (if POST is supported) Fully reconstruct sent messages by introspecting the used template and interposing the used variables.
