display contact group in forwarded email and logfile export

currently the groupname that a contact belongs to is only displayed in forwarded sms.
I would like to have this in forwarded emails and in the export of the logfile, too

The contact details are now shown in the mail. Its unfortunately not possible to add these information to the journal export.
